Below you will find my basic menu and rates but remember, - your massage should be defined by the way your body is feeling - not a menu!  Call me to discuss your specific needs so we can build your custom massage.

Swedish:  Swedish techniques are relaxing with gentle to medium pressure applied to your tissues.  Increase circulation, relax mentally and physically.  Decrease stress and muscle tension.    $80 – 1 hour  $120 – 1.5 hours

 Therapeutic:  While this massage uses Swedish movements, it also includes an assessment of posture, aching muscles and range of motion tests.  Together we will identify and address your painful areas and limited motion areas.      $80 – 1 hour  $120 – 1.5 hours

 Scrub:  Add a foot and/or hand scrub to any massage.
